HOW TO USE OUR SHOPPING CART
The General Store allows you browse through the product catalogs from various companies.

  1. To add particular items to your "virtual shopping basket," simply type the quantity of each item shown in the text box corresponding to the product you wish to order. (The text box looks like this:.)
  2. After selecting the number of items on the page, click the button that looks like this:
  3. At any time, you may review your order by choosing the "Review Order" link or you may finalize your order by choosing the "Check Out" link. All three of these ordering operations are at the bottom of each of the product pages.

FEATURES OF OUR SECURE SERVER

Netscape 3.x Users
The Thawte Root Certificates embedded in Navigator 3.x expired in July 1998, so all users should follow these instructions if you receive a message that the certificate for our secure server has expired. It takes about two minutes and means you won't experience any problems with the thousands of other sites secured by Thawte.  The information is also available in French, Chinese and German.
Internet Explorer Users
For reasons similar to the explanation above, you may receive a message that the certificate authority is "unknown." In this case you should also follow these instructions.

Although the final order information you supply resides on a Secured Server (such as a credit card number or billing addres) you may still order through either of the following methods:

Via Email

Simply provide a telephone number along with the remaining portion of the form with which you feel most comfortable, and select the "Email Order" option when you "Check Out." We will contact you by telephone at the time indicated for any additional information.

Via Fax

When you are prompted for Contact and Payment Information, simply print that page on your local printer. Complete the order form in a dark ink. Then fax the page(s) Toll-Free to: (888) 655-6767. We will return a phone call to you if there is any further information needed to fill your order.
